Delivery schedule
To ensure you receive the best quality flower bulbs, we will ship your flower bulbs when they are ready for planting.
- Orders placed before 22 March 2024 will be shipped end of March 2024
- Orders placed 22 March - 24 May 2024 will be shipped within 7 business days
At Jack the Grower, we care about sustainability and the environment. To reduce our carbon footprint, we collect orders and ship twice a week instead of on a daily basis.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a Track & Trace number, so that you can track your order online. For the best quality and results we advise you to plant the bulbs as soon as possible after receipt.

We offer FREE delivery from € 60,- within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.
We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Returns
We're sorry if a product does not comply to our standards. Should there be anything wrong with the items you have ordered and received, it's important that you contact our customer service as soon as possibile via [email protected] or complete our contact form. You can return your order (if it has no traces of use and in its original undamaged packaging) to us within 14 days of receipt:

Due to the nature of our products, we ask you to contact us first before returning the items.
You will be credited with the full order amount (including shipping costs). We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Shipping costs for returning to the webshop will not be refunded.
